Log In to Your Training Track to Begin!

Quick Start Check List

  • Administrator TrainingClinical Training (for therapists and client-facing clinicians)

  • Only complete the training that applies to your role. If you are unsure which path to select, please ask the Practice Manager.

  • Watch all assigned training videos

  • Review reading materials, including policies, platform guides, and internal expectations

  • Complete required action steps (such as account setup or form submissions)

  • Present unexpired valid IDs for employee verification, and complete required HR forms (e.g. I-9 documentation, W-4/M-2 forms, benefits selection)

  • Submit your Availability Form via Google Forms

  • Log in to your Leek Therapy email account (Google Workspace)

  • Set up Google Voice for secure client communication (if applicable)

  • Log in to SimplePractice (for clinical and authorized administrative roles)

  • Access GoHighLevel for internal scheduling, messaging, and workflow tools

  • Time-off request process and availability submission

  • Internal messaging and communication expectations

  • Client cancellation, no-show, and intake documentation policies

  • Staff pay periods and reimbursement submission process

  • Use the Internal Support Request Form to contact Matt, Amy, or Alex

  • Bookmark the Internal Staff Knowledge Base for ongoing reference
